Section 19. Preparation and execution of the Project Plans

19. Preparation and execution of the Project Plans The Authority, by themselves or in collaboration with one or more of the participating authorities and local bodies concerned, as the case may be, prepare Project Plans for one or more elements of the Regional Plan and execution of such project plan shall be undertaken by the Authority itself or shall be assigned to any suitable agency, local body, development authority or a Government department by the Authority for execution.
