Section 27. Appeal to State Government from decision of Council THE UNITED PROVINCES VETERINARY COUNCIL ACT, 1947

27. (1) An appeal shall lie to the [State Government]1 from everydecision of the Council under section 24 or 26.
(2) Every appeal under sub-section (1) shall be preferred within three months from the date of such decision.
