Section 28. Bar to suit and other legal proceedings THE UNITED PROVINCES VETERINARY COUNCIL ACT, 1947

28. No suit or other legal preceedings shall lie in respect of any act done in the exercise of power conferred by this Act on the [State Government]1 or the Council or the Registrar.
