Section 10. University`s Officers

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 12; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
10- The following shall be the officers of the University; namely:- a) the Visitor; b) the Chancellor; c) the Pro-Chancellor d) the Vice-Chancellor; e) the Pro-Vice Chancellor; f) the Registrar; g) the Deans of Faculties; h) the Finance Officer; and i) Such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be officers of the University.
