This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management (Repeal) Act, 2021 (Uttarakhand Act 26 of 2021), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
44. The State Government may, by notification in the official gazzette, include such other Hindu religious Devasthanam and other temples as it deems necessary, by amending the schedule.
