Section 45. Act not to apply to Religious institutions

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management (Repeal) Act, 2021 (Uttarakhand Act 26 of 2021), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
45. This Act shall not apply to the Waqfs governed by the Waqfs Act, 1995 and Sikh Gurudwaras Act, 1925 and other religious Institutions established under any Central Act or Acts of State.
