Section 45. Powers of officers to enter upon land for purposes of survey and demarcation

45. The officer mentioned in this Act or any person acting under the orders of any one of them may, in the discharge of any duty under this act, enter upon arid survey land and erect survey marks, thereon and demarcate the boundaries thereof and no all other acts necessary for the proper performance of that duty.
