Section 5. University not to be entitled to Financial Assistance

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 6; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
5. The University shall be self financing and shall neither make a demand nor shall be entitled to any grant-in-aid or any other financial assistance from the State Government or any other body or corporation owned or controlled by the State Government.
