Section 6. No Power to Affiliate any Institution

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 6; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
6. The University may have constituent colleges, Regional Center Study Centers, Research Centers and Career Academic Centre but shall have no power to admit any other college or institution to the privileges of affiliation. Neither any other society nor trust other than Graphic Era Educational Society shall be entitled to vest any teaching institute etc. in the University.
