This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Ground Water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) (Repeal) Act, 2017 (Uttarakhand Act 11 of 2017), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
10. At any time after a permit or certificate of registration, as the case may be has been granted the Authority may, for technical reasons to be recorded in writing, alter, amend or vary the terms of the permit or certificate of registration, as the case may be: Provided that no change shall be made in the permit or certificate of registration, as the case may be unless the user of ground water is afforded an opportunity of being heard:
