This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Ground Water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) (Repeal) Act, 2017 (Uttarakhand Act 11 of 2017), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
9. Every rig owner operating in the State shall register his machinery with the Authority in such manner and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed and shall follow the instructions issued by the Authority.
