Section 46. Vice-Chancellor and other officers etc., to be public servants

46 The Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Finance Officer and other employees of the University shall be deemed, when Act ing or purporting to Act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act , to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act XLV of 1860).
