Section 47. Continuance of Rules etc.

47 Until Rules are made under appropriate provisions of this Act Regulations and rules which were made under the State of Uttarakhand in this matter and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall, subject to such adaptations or modifications as may be made therein by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Chancellor obtained through the Government, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be deemed to be Government, Act s, Regulations and Rules made under the appropriate provisions of this Act .
