This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 11; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
14. The Pro-Chancellor (1) The Pro-Chancellor may be appointed from amongst or by the members of the Promoting Society. (2) The Pro-Chancellor shall have such powers as may be conferred on him by this Act or the Statutes made thereunder.
