This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 14; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
10 Trust will follow the policy of reservation of the State Government, will give 25% reservation in admissions to the permanent residents of Uttrakhand and give 25% rebate in the fee to the permanent residents of Uttrakhand and appoint all the employees of group ‘C’ and ‘D” who are the permanent Residents of Uttrakhand
