Section 11. Officers of the University

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 14; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
11 The following shall be the other officers of the University:- (a) Visitor; (b) Chancellor; (c) Vice-Chancellor; (d) Pro-Vice-Chancellor; (e) Principal or Head of the Institution; (f) Registrar; (g) Dean of Faculty; (h) Dean of student's Welfare; (i) Controller of Examination; (j) Chief Proctor; (k) Finance Officer; and (l) Such other officer as may he declared by the Statutes to be officers of the University.
