This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 14; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
34 The University may constitute for the benefit of its employees such welfare scheme or Provident Fund or provide such insurance schemes as it may deem fit in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be decided by the Executive Council.
