This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 14; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
35 If any question arises as to whether any person has been duly nominated or appointed as or is entitled to be a member of any authority or other body of the University, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor whose decision thereupon shall be final.
