This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 14; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
36 Where any authority of the University is given power under this Act or the Statutes to appoint Committees, such Committees have as otherwise provided, consist of the members of the authority concerned and of such other persons as the authority in each case may think fit.
