This Act was repealed on 21 September 2001 by the Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 2002 (Central Act 16 of 2002), s.7(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
8- The following shall be the officers of the University------ (1) The Chancellor. (2) The Vice-Chancellor. . (3) The Pro-Vice-Chancellor. (4) The Registrar. (5) Such, other officers as maybe declared by the regulations to be officers of the University.
