Section 10. Removal of difficulty in the establishment of [Gram Sabha]2 and in the working of a [Gram Panchayat]2

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016 (Uttarakhand Act 11 of 2016), s.194(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
10- If, in establishing a [Gram Sabha]2 or in the working of a [Gram Panchayat]2 any dispute or difficulty arises regarding the interpretation of any provision of this Act or any rule made thereunder or any matter arising out of or relating to such interpretation or any matter not provided in this Act, the same shall be referred to the State Government whose decision thereon shall be final and conclusive.
