This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016 (Uttarakhand Act 11 of 2016), s.194(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
35- Where any dispute arises as regards the ownership of any property mentioned in section 34 between a [Gram Panchayat]6 and any person, the [Gram Panchayat]6 shall give such persons a reasonable opportunity of being heard and then decide whether to treat the said property as the property of the [Gram Panchayat.]6
