This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016 (Uttarakhand Act 11 of 2016), s.194(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
[36- A [Gram Panchayat]6 may borrow money from the State Government or with the prior sanction of the prescribed authority and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed from any financial corporation established by law or any scheduled bank or the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Bank or a District Co-operative Bank [or from any other Goan Shabha]2 to carry out any of the purpose of this Act.]1
