Section 76. Application to be laid before the Bench

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016 (Uttarakhand Act 11 of 2016), s.194(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
[76- The Sarpanch, Sahayak Sarpanch or in their absence the Panch mentioned in section 75, shall thereupon lay the application before a Bench of the Nyaya Panchayat, formed under secti6n 49 for disposal and shall also fix a date for the first hearing of the application before the said Bench and give notice of the date to the applicant, complainant, or plaintiff as the case may be and to the members of the Bench.]6
