Section 20. Audit inspection and inquiry reports of societies to be available to banks

20. The Registrar shall draw the attention of the bank financing a co-operative society to the defects noticed in every audit or inquiry or inspection of such society conducted under Chapter VIII of the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1965 and shall also supply a copy each of such audit, inquiry or inspection report if demanded in writing, by the bank.
