Section 21. Exemption from legislations relating to money lending and agriculturists debt relief THE UTTAR PRADESH AGRICULTURAL CREDIT ACT, 1973

21. Nothing in any law for the time being in force dealing with money-lending or agriculturist's debt relief shall apply to financial assistance given to an agriculturist by a bank.
