Section 14. Chairman, members and staff of the Commission to be public servants

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Commission for Minorities Act, 2002 (Uttarakhand Act 9 of 2002), s.19; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
14. The Chairman, Members and employees of the Commission shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
