This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Commission for Minorities Act, 2002 (Uttarakhand Act 9 of 2002), s.19; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
15. Whoever, being legally bound to obey any order or direction of the Commission under sub-section (3) of section 9, disobeys such order or direction shall, be punishable under section 174, 175, 176, 178, 179 or 180 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Act No. XLV of 1860) as the case may be.
