Section 2. Definitions

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Repealing Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 27 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule item 53; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
2. In this Act -- (a) "Commission" means the Commission constituted under section 3; (b) “Member” means a member of the Commission and includes the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman of the Commission.
