Section 27. Intervals for rest

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Uttarakhand Act 3 of 2018), s.30(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
27. A woman employee, during the period she is nursing her child, shall, in addition to the regular intervals of rest, be entitled to two breaks of half an hour each for the aforesaid purpose.
