Section 9. Repeal U.P. Act I of 1904

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Repealing Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 27 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule item 113; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
9. The United Provinces Jute Goods Control Ordinance, 1949, is hereby repealed and the provisions of sections 6 and 24 of the United Provinces General Clauses Act, 1904 shall apply as if it had been an Act repealed by an United Provinces Act.
