Section 10. Prohibition against practising and profession etc.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 2010 (Uttarakhand Act 12 of 2010), s.14(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
10. No Minister shall during the tenure of his office for which he draws his salary and allowance, practise any profession or engage in any trade or undertake of remuneration any employment other than his duties as Minister.
