Section 9. Notification of appointment and vacancy in the office of a Minister

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 2010 (Uttarakhand Act 12 of 2010), s.14(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
9. The date on which any person became or ceased to be a Minister shall be notified in the official Gazette and any such notification shall be conclusive evidence of the fact that he became, or ceased to be a Minister, on that date.
