Section 8. Medical facility

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 2010 (Uttarakhand Act 12 of 2010), s.14(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
8. Every Minister and the members of his family shall be entitled, free of charge, to accommodation in hospitals maintained by the State Government and to medical attendance and treatment in accordance with such principles as may be prescribed.
