Section 10. Upa Nagar Pramukh

10. (1) There shall be an Upa Nagar Pramukh for each [Corporation]5. (2) While the Nagar Pramukh is for any reason unable to act, or the office of Nagar Pramukh his vacant, all the duties of the office shall be performed by the Upa Nagar Pramukh until the Nagar Pramukh resumes his duties or, as the case may be, the vacancy is filled.
