Section 105. Bar to questioning of act and procee-ding on ground of mere-irregularity THE UTTAR PRADESH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 1959

105- No act done or proceeding taken under this Act shall be called in question in any court on the ground merely of any defect or, irregularity in procedure not affecting the substance.
