Section 297. Power to require trimming of hedges and trees

297- The Mukhya Nagar Adhikari may, by notice, require the Owner or occupier of any land to cut or trim the hedges growing thereon and bordering 0n a street, or any branches of trees growing thereon which overhang a street and obstruct the same or cause danger.
