300- With the concurrence of the District Magistrate or such other officer as the District Magistrate may nominate in this behalf from time to time the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari may grant a written permission for the temporary erection of a booth and any other such structure on any such street on occasions of ceremonies and festivals.
