Section 356. Consideration by Development Committee

356- (1) The Development Committee shall consider the scheme placed before it by the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari and accept it with or with- out modifications or require the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari to make alterations in it and to resubmit it for consideration. (2) The Development Committee shall record in writing its acceptance of the scheme and direct that the scheme be notified.
