Section 442. Licenced plumbers to be bound to execute work properly THE UTTAR PRADESH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 1959

442- No licensed plumber shall execute any work under this Act carelessly or negligently make use of bad material, appliance or fitting for the purpose of such work.
