Section 443. Executive Committee to fix fees for plumbers

443- The Executive Committee shall fix the fees or charges to be paid to licensed plumbers for any work done by this for all or any purpose under this Act, and no licensed plumber shall demand or receive more than the fee or charge so prescribed for-any such work.
