Section 456. General power of Mukhya Nagar Adhikari to pay compensation

456- In any case not otherwise expressly provided form this Act, or in any rule or bye-law made thereunder, the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari may with the previous approval of the Executive committee, pay compensation to any person who sustains damage by reason of the exercise of any of the powers vested by this Act or by any such rule or bye-laws in the Mukhya Nagar Adhikari, or in any Mahapalika Officer or servant.
