Section 22. Resignation of president and members

This Act was repealed on 1 January 1996 by the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), s.112(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
22. The President or any member of the Board may resign his office by writing to the Board, and on such resignation being accepted by the Board, he shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
