Section 22-A. Cessation of Members ship

This Act was repealed on 1 January 1996 by the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), s.112(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
22-A A person who is a member of the Board in his capacity as a member of the State Legislature or as an Advocate or as a Mutawalli or as a representative of any other body shall cease to be member of the Board on his ceasing to hold that capacity.]1
