Section 43. Power of the State Government to issue directions

This Act was repealed on 1 January 1996 by the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), s.112(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
43. The State Government may, from time to time, give to the Board such general or special directions as the State Government thinks fit and in the performance of its functions the Board shall comply with such direction.
