Section 10. Cognizance of offences

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Plastic and Other Non Biodegradable Garbage (Regulation of Use and Throwing) Act, 2013 (Uttarakhand Act 17 of 2013), s.22(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
10- No court shall take cognizance of an offence under this Act except on complaint in writing made by such officer of the local authority as may be specified by the State Government by notification.
