This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Plastic and Other Non Biodegradable Garbage (Regulation of Use and Throwing) Act, 2013 (Uttarakhand Act 17 of 2013), s.22(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
17- The provisions of this Act are in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of any other law for the time being in force.
