Section 11. Provident fund and other funds

11- Where the Nigam has established a provident fund or any other fund, for the benefit of the persons employed by it, the moneys relatable to the employees whose services are transferred, by or under this Act, to the Corporation, standing on the appointed day, to the credit of such fund shall all the date of vesting of the Undertaking in the Corporation stand transferred to the Corporation.
