Section 12. Appointment of Commissioner

12- (1) The State Government shall for the purposes of determining the amount payable to the Nigam for acquisition of the Undertaking by the State Government and for its disbursement, appoint, by notification, a Commissioner of payments. (2) The State Government may appoint such other persons as it think fit to assist the Commissioner.
