Section 11. Date of commencement of plan

11- Immediately after a plan has been approved under section 10, the State Government shall cause it to be published in the Gazette and in such other manner as may be prescribed and the plan shall come into operation with effect from the date of its publication in the Gazette : [Provided that the State Government approved plan may be published in the minimum two daily news papers in addition of Gazette and may commence the approved plan from the date of final publication in the news paper.]1
